This image won the second place of the contest “Architecture Visualization 2009: The water and Fluidity of Elements” by the website TDT3d.

Despite the long running time of the contest, it was quite a challenge to find the hours needed to produce a good quality image on top of my job. The inspiration sources were mainly “L’Art Nouveau” works from “Victor Horta” and comics from “Peeters and Schuiten”. The Goal was to have a continuous flow in the image, curves, transparency, light structures, water. I like to play with interior/exterior effect and not having closed spaces, so the scale of the project is big and the glassroof let the sky come in the picture.
